Therapy

• As a private psychologist, fees apply to all sessions and is payable on the day. Full fee is $250 with a Medicare rebate of $141.85.

• I work with families under NDIS who are self or planned managed.

• Appointments usually last 50 minutes. A therapy plan will be developed with you at your initial appointment.

• The Therapy Dog can be a part of your session upon request once they are trained.

• Informed consent is required from parents and children so that the parent and child understand what to expect from their psychologist as part of treatment.

• SMS appointment reminders are usually sent out as a courtesy.

• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations, otherwise a cancellation fee of $250 applies and is not covered by Medicare.

• All sessions meet the South Australian Government’s CHILD SAFE ENVIRONMENTS criteria and child protection screening has occurred.
